  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 packages ramen noodles
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles for 2-3 minutes; drain and toss with sesame oil.
  3. In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook seasoned beef for about 5 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
  4. Add broccoli to the skillet with water; cover and steam for about 2 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the skillet along with cooked noodles; pour in the sauce and mix well.
  6. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through; serve garnished with sesame seeds.
