  • 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)

  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by combining hot water with Beef Better Than Bouillon and brown sugar in a bowl; stir until dissolved. Add soy sauce and set aside.
  2. Slice the carrots, broccoli, and onion into uniform pieces. Cut the beef into thin strips.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with sesame oil. Cook the beef until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onions until golden. Add carrots and cook until softened before adding broccoli and garlic; cook for an additional three minutes.
  5. Return the beef to the skillet, pour in the sauce, and let it simmer briefly.
  6. Toss in cooked lo mein noodles until well combined.
