  • 400g Fresh Lo Mein noodles
  • 250g Beef sirloin
  • 34 Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 23 Spring Onions (cut into 2" pieces)
  • 1 Bell pepper (julienned)
  • 23 Cabbage leaves (thin slices)
  • 56 Snow Peas
  • 1 Small carrot (julienned)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing apple vinegar (or Water or Rice Vinegar)
  • ¼ tsp White pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sauce Mix
  • 1 tsp Corn starch
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda

Instructions

  1. Blanch the noodles in hot water for 1-2 minutes. Drizzle with sesame oil and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  3. Prepare vegetables and thinly slice beef against the grain.
  4. Marinate the beef with part of the sauce for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Heat a wok over medium-high heat with vegetable oil and cook the marinated beef until done.
  6. Add vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Create space in the wok; add noodles and remaining sauce.
  8. Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  9. Serve immediately with optional toppings like spring onions or chili oil.
