  • 1 can blueberry pie filling (21 oz)
  • 1 lemon (zested)
  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 egg (separated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Allow pie crusts to reach room temperature.
