  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in sugar until combined.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well; then stir in vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
  4. Pour brownie batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Cool completely.
