  • 1 tablespoon tallow or Turkey Bacon grease

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • Kosher salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook Turkey Bacon until crispy; reserve some for garnish.
  2. Preheat a medium pot over medium-high heat and add tallow or grease.
  3. Sear sirloin chunks until browned; set aside.
