  • 6 cups rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup dairy-free white chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup SunButter
  • 3 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp cardamom
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • 1 cup turbinado sugar OR 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice; set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, SunButter, vanilla extract, and optional coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute; stir until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, add the rice Chex cereal and pour the melted mixture over it. Stir gently until evenly coated.
  4. Mix together the spice blend and sugar; sprinkle over the coated cereal and mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  6. Break apart into pieces before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
