  • 810 slices thick-cut turkey bacon
  • 2 cups shredded or cubed chicken
  • 10 oz tomatoes (quartered)
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c sour cream
  • β…” c whole milk plus up to 1/3 c or more as desired
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • optional: 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley and dill

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, whole milk, ranch seasoning, and pepper. Adjust thickness as needed.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken, tomatoes, onion, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Pour about 2/3 of the dressing over the mixture and toss gently to combine.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Add remaining dressing if desired.
