  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

  5. Pour batter into prepared pan(s) and bake for 45-55 minutes (loaf pans) or 55-65 minutes (bundt pan), checking doneness with a toothpick.
