  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup shredded provolone cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sauté the beef until browned; remove from skillet.
