  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 ripe banana, halved

  • 34 cherry tomatoes
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
  • Pinch of dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest before slicing.
  2. Place eggs in a pot of cold water. Bring to a boil and cook for 9-10 minutes. Cool under cold running water, then peel and slice.
