  • 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup white cooking chocolate (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreo cookies with melted dark chocolate and butter. Press into a 9-inch tart pan and chill.
  2. Melt dark and milk chocolates with heavy cream until smooth. Stir in chilled butter.
  3. Pour filling into the crust and refrigerate until set (at least 2 hours).
