  • 1 medium onion

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut zucchinis into sticks (about half an inch square and 2-3 inches long) and slice the onion into half-inch pieces.
  2. Heat a large sauté pan or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil until it shimmers.
  3. Sauté the sliced onion for about 2 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger; cook for another 30 seconds.
