  • 1 pound Chicken thighs (cut into pieces)
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk (canned, full-fat)
  • Garam Masala
  • Ground Cumin
  • Ground Turmeric
  • Kashmiri red chili powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Salt
  • Lime juice and Cilantro for garnish

Instructions
