  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)

  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Fresh parsley and dill (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Season fish fillets with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
