  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1¼ cups grated cheddar until well blended.
  2. Lay out cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle ⅓ cup shredded cheddar in the center.
  3. Place the cheese mixture over the cheddar and cover it completely with remaining shredded cheese.
  4. Wrap the cling wrap tightly around the mixture to form a ball shape and secure with rubber bands to create a pumpkin shape.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving; top with a bell pepper stem.
