  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place halved brussel sprouts in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, water, sesame oil, brown sugar, and ginger-garlic paste in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally until the glaze thickens.
  5. Once the brussel sprouts are cooked, transfer them to a serving dish and drizzle with the glaze. Top with fried onions before serving.
