  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Egg (for wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Cut puff pastry in half; spread filling on one half and sandwich with the other.
  4. Cut into strips, twist each strip into a swirl and tuck ends in.
  5. Brush with egg wash and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 22–24 minutes until golden brown.
