  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, instant yeast, and salt in a mixing bowl; add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until soft dough forms. Let rise for about 60 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla; fold in chopped strawberries and jam.
  3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread with softened butter and top with cheesecake filling and cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Roll tightly into a log; slice into 12 pieces and let rise for another 30 minutes before baking at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
