  • 7 oz evaporated milk
  • 0.25 cup butter (cubed)
  • 11 oz vanilla chocolate chips
  • 4 oz vegan marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and butter.
  2. Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until the mixture boils and the sugar dissolves.
  3. Allow to boil without stirring until it reaches 245°F (118°C) on a candy thermometer.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  5. Mix in vegan marshmallow creme and vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Fold in chopped pecans to coat evenly.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  8. Cool completely before serving.
