  • 12 ounces White Chocolate
  • 6 ounces heavy cream
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon espresso granules dissolved in 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 6 to 6 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease and flour three 8-inch round pans.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in warm milk until smooth; let cool.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  6. Alternately add flour mixture and milk/chocolate mixture to batter until just combined.
  7. Pour into prepared pans and bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
