  • 2 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 Onion, sliced
  • 4 tbsp. Pesto
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
