  • 1 cup Keto Marinara Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 pound ground Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 whole egg
  • Fresh herbs (basil and parsley)
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice zucchini thinly using a mandolin or sharp knife, salt them, and let them sit for 20 minutes to draw out moisture.
